FZI Alumni Evening
Network meeting of the FZI alumni in Karlsruhe
40 years of FZI – this calls for a joint celebration! Therefore, our alumni evening will take place in Karlsruhe at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
The FZI alumni evening is a great opportunity to meet old team members again, delve into memories, talk about your career after your time at the FZI, and make new contacts. Jan Wiesenberger and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Lockemann will jointly open our big alumni reunion.
At the same time, this evening is the official starting signal for the FZI Alumni Network as part of the Friends’ Association. With our new board member Dr. Andreas Abecker, the network structures of the FZI will be strengthened under the umbrella of the FZI Friends’ Association in the future.

Social program in the afternoon
Before the Alumni Evening, we offer our alumni two social programs from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.. You can register until February, 20.
- Exclusive guided tour through the computer game exhibition “zkm_gameplay. the next level”
Curator and FZI colleague Jérôme Nguyen will personally guide you through the exhibition, where you can try out both classic and modern games. You will also learn more about the history of computer games and the development of old computers. You can register until February, 20. - FZI Spin-off Meet-up at the Triangel
The networking event is for anyone who has taken the plunge into self-employment and would like to exchange ideas with other FZI founders.
