From the lab to the road: We research the technologies of tomorrow
Experience in the City of Science how we bring FZI research for the mobility of tomorrow from the lab to the road. Discover CoCar NextGen with our FZI researchers: the vehicle, equipped with various high-end sensors, high-performance hardware, and modern networking components, was built independently by the FZI. This innovative research platform for automated driving will give you insights into sensor technology and show you what intelligent data collection for automated driving can look like as part of future mobility.
In the second project in the Knowledge City, data, “the gold of the 21st century”, plays an invaluable role: learn about anonymization techniques that optimally combine data protection and data value in use cases.
The FZI is also participating in the “Wissensdurst” (“Thirst for Knowledge”) format. Two FZI scientists will discuss their research projects in a relaxed atmosphere at the Science Pub events.
Five ways to ruin your AI project: In this “Wissensdurst” lecture with Alexander Dregger, learn from seven years of implementing AI solutions – from dishwasher AI to prison AI – and how to avoid failure.
Also present is FZI scientist Federico Peccia with the lecture “Unsichtbar dank KI” (“Invisible thanks to AI”): using a live demo, he shows how generative AI can be used to anonymize images and videos to protect the identity of users.
The FZI is also presenting itself on stage: from human-like chatbots to robot dogs – let us surprise you!
