Julian Burger studied computer science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) until 2024. His focus during his master's degree was in the areas of telematics and security.

He wrote his master's thesis "Localization of an Automated Vehicle by Incorporating Road-Side Sensors" at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology in the Technical Cognitive Systems (TKS) department. Since May 2024, Julian has been working as a research scientist at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology in the TKS department.
