Career

Industrial engineer Jan Wiesenberger joined the FZI in 2004 as a research scientist, where he conducted research in the field of software engineering and developed application solutions. In 2008, he became department manager, and shortly thereafter division manager. From December 2011 to October 2014, Jan worked as a managing director of the FZI alongside Michael Flor. In October 2014, he was appointed to the Board of Executive Directors by the Board of Trustees. Together with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Marius J. Zöllner and Prof. Dr. Stefan Nickel, he heads the FZI.
