Daniel Bogdoll studied Computational Engineering Science at RWTH Aachen University from 2011 to 2019, specializing in Machine Learning. In his final theses, he dealt with the topics of A*-based trajectory planning and LCSS-based route matching. In 2017, he completed a research stay in Silicon Valley in the field of sensor data augmentation. In 2018, he founded a shared mobility startup.
Since November 2020, Daniel Bogdoll has been working as a research assistant at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology in the Technical Cognitive Systems (TKS) department. The research focus of his work and his doctoral project at the KIT Institute AIFB under the supervision of Prof. Dr. J. Marius Zöllner is the detection of anomalies for autonomous vehicles.
