Florian Mazura studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specializing in systems engineering. He wrote his master's thesis “A Medical Decision Support System for Automatic Treatment Plan Generation in a Digital Dementia Platform” at the FZI.

Since October 2024, he has been working as a research scientist in the Embedded Systems and Sensors Engineering (ESS) research department.
