Maria Rill has been working as a research assistant at the FZI since 2016. Since 2018, she has been working in the theamtic field law of the IT Security Competence Center. She has been responsible for the CSL-LAW department since July 2023.

Before joining the FZI, she worked at SAP SE for several years as research associate.

Her research focuses on legal informatics, in particular the formalization of law, decision support and data protection.
