Ada Streb heads the department of Innovation, Strategy and Transfer as well as the Capital Office of the FZI. Prior to this, she worked for 14 years in various political positions (e.g. German Bundestag, Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Technology and Research) and as Head of Strategy and member of the Country Leadership Team of an international corporation.

From 2002 to 2008, she studied political science at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin (degree: Diploma) and from 2015 to 2019 Business Psychology, Leadership and Management at SRH (degree: Master of Science). From 2021 to 2022, she completed a postgraduate programme in Strategic Thinking at the University of Cambridge.
