I began working as a research scientist in the Mobile Perception Systems (MPS) department in April 2015. Approximately two years later, in July 2017, I was promoted to the role of team lead for the department. My research focuses on machine learning, specifically its application in autonomous driving. In 2022, I completed my Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. My dissertation, titled 'Motion Planning for Autonomous Vehicles in Partially Observable Environments,' was supervised by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christoph Stiller and received the distinction of summa cum laude and the UniDAS Science Award.
